Accessible Transportation

Western's Accessible Transportation Service

Western’s Accessible Transportation Service (WATS) is provided by Accessible Education in partnership with Voyago. WATS is for travelling among university locations only, including residences. Students may use WATS to attend an OWeek event, travel between classes, meet with staff and faculty, go to the library or bookstore, or to get meals between classes.

During OWeek, students who require the use of WATS for disability-related reasons should:

  1. Complete this form to request access and agree to the terms of use.
  2. Check your Western email for confirmation of your booking and a code to use for any required changes.
  3. If you need to change your booking for any reason, please contact WATS directly and use the code provided.
Please book in advance. Any requests received past 3:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
Any requests for Saturday, September 9 need to be made by Friday, September 8 at 12:00 pm.
A friend or soph may join you on your ride.
